RECRUITAtAnytime - the client side program OR The client side program of RECRUITAtAnytime manages the candidates� repository. Using this program, you can define criteria for filtering various attributes included in hierarchical master lists (e.g. Functional Areas, Knowledge Domains, Locations etc.) and key words. The filtered list of candidates can then be sorted and individual records viewed/assessed. A link to the detailed resume is also provided.
Define filters � there are many criteria, you can specify strictness by asking missing data cases to be excluded.
While defining filters, use of hierarchical lists will enable smart searching. For example; RECRUITAtAnytime will match J2EE and EJB, it will recognise that Baroda ought to match with Gujarat, or M.P. in India or Michigan State in USA, as chosen by the user, and so on. Also, a key word used in conjunction with Functional Area or Occupation will make the filtering much more sharp & precise.
The filtered data is tabulated wherein each column can be sorted (much like a spread sheet). RECRUITAtAnytime also allows 'Cascaded sorting' of columns. For instance, sorting by Education level followed by Grade achieved. Subsequently, one can read the details of the top candidates and grade them. Multiple assessors can then perform the assessment and sorting can be done once again on their scores.
You can quickly navigate via a dashboard and prioritise your work on cases with closing dates that are nearing or past due.
