BROWSE AND APPLY DIRECT TO RECRUITMENT ADS

Filter ads published in Press + Directly posted onesRef#211
Work seekers interested in the positions that have appeared in the press can quickly search and choose to apply direct. Unregistered users can view a limited number of classified positions that they filter. Registered Work Seekers can see the entire filtered lists. Registered work seekers are advised to subscribe to the Value Added Service (VAS) of Diary and applications sending & tracking to enjoy even greater convenience. Using this VAS, members can apply to chosen work positions - these selected positions get logged in the diary from where the candidate can send the applications to the email or postal addresses. This service saves time, cost and effort for the registered work seekers who are subscribed to the value added service.

Press ads + directly posted classified ads for work positionsRef#212

Criteria that you can choose alone or in combination for filtering suitable positions (atleast one criterion must be specified):

Location - you can choose a single city or a larger region (state, country, continent etc.)

Management Level - you can choose any range, positions will be filtered with a level within in the bracket specified by you (please take care to specify from higher level to lower level and not the other way round - otherwise no record will match!).

Classification areas - you can use upto three classifications and these could be applied alone or as AND/OR combination. With AND, all must be satisfied whereas with OR, any one must be satisfied - the classifications represent 1) size of organisation, 2) functional area and 3) major line-of-business with respect to the work provider/work position.

The above criteria give a reasonable filtering capability. The work positions filtered and displayed are not the ones registered with Req.Service for automatic matching but rather those that are posted as advertisements. These positions are used for browsing and applying direct by interested work seekers - Req.Service does not arbitrate, i.e. candidates decide what position is appropriate for applying.
